During a visit to Arkansas, USA, Phil Davison, a London based pattern-cutter, was introduced to cross stitching by an elderly family friend. Wishing to combine his newfound interest with his love of street art, he decided to create his very own cross stitch brand.
Urban Cross Stitch are dedicated to 'urban-craft', updating cross stitch from twee pastime to modern graphic medium.
